The TopVac® Vacuum system for the cold and hot chamber process guarantees a high quality evacuation process. It is possible to control the evacuation of two dies (2 HPDCM) or one die and the shot sleeve. Specific selected components assure maximum evacuation efficiency and minimum maintenance. The vacuum graphs are visualised and stored. With the touch screen the process parameters are user-friendly set and steadily supervised.
The TopVac® – The essential tool for daily use – measures (volume flow and quantity of extraced air), regulates (speed of evacuation), controls (SIMATIC S7- 300 PLC) and detects (fault analysis).
